Tuna Sashimi is a great appetizer. It can be accompanied by soy sauce, wasabi, grated ginger, chopped spring onions, salt, lemon, etc.

-In Japan, we separate Tuna Sashimi into 3 types: Red Meat Tuna Sashimi,  Fatty Tuna Sashimi, and Fattiest Tuna Sashimi

Process of Making

[1] Prepare the tuna.
[2] Remove the skin and slice off the outside portions.
[3] Cut the tuna with single diagonal strokes.
[4] Serve with accompaniment of choice.

Tuna: Blue Fin Tuna, Southern  Blue Fin Tuna, Bigeye tuna, Yellow tuna, Albacore, Sword fish, etc.

Way to enjoy1: You can use not only soy sauce and wasabi but also salt and   lemon as seasonings.
